West Coast Swing Series: Mon @ 6:30p w/ Martin
Beyond Beginning Series - Salsa/Waltz: Mon @ 6:30p w/ Lizette
Kripalu Gentle Yoga: Tue @ 2:00p w/ Mae
PiYo: Wed @ 5:30p w/ Denise
Continuing Social Dance Series: Sun @ 1:00p w/ Christina
Competition Rounds:
Smooth/Standard - Tue @ 8:45p Rhythm/Latin - Sun @ 5:30p
All 5 dances will be run to simulate competition to build endurance, comfort, and floorcraft skills. Critiques and advice will be offered by the supervising instructor. No partner necessary.
