PiYo Fitness Classes
Spotlight has launched a new class, PiYo (Sat 10:00am). The class combines Pilates, Yoga and Dance for core strength, flexibility and overall balance. Mark this class on your calendar and prepare to get fit and have fun.

West Coast Swing Series Level 3-4: Mon @ 6:30p w/ Martin
Kripalu Gentle Yoga: Tue @ 11:00am w/ Mae
Competition Rounds:
Rhythm/Latin - Tue @ 8:45p
Smooth/Standard - Sun @ 5:30p
All 5 dances will be run to simulate competition to build endurance, comfort, and floorcraft skills. Critiques and advice will be offered by the supervising instructor. No partner necessary.
